Please note that completion of an application form does not necessary mean that you will be chosen to participate in the clinic, all applications are reviewed for a good match to the requirements the clinicians has outlined. Successful participants will be contacted by email or telephone. Cost per clinic is $100 for one day or $250 for three days, clinic fees include one complimentary day pass to the Expo (for the day of your clinic) or a weekend wristband if you are riding all three days of the expo. Indoor stalls for three days are $125 (Thursday noon – Sunday 7:00 pm). Stalls must be booked & paid for in advance. Clinic participants will be required to be on-site at least 1 hour prior to the start of their clinic, clean attire, tack and turn-out is required. Cancellation of attendance is required at least 48 hours prior to your clinic and a refund will be issued only with a doctor’s or veterinarian certificate.
